Yes, we move many types of heavy or specialty items, including upright and grand pianos, safes, large sectionals and appliances, and high-value fragile items. We use the right equipment and protect the items while moving them.
Are you covered by insurance, and what happens if there is damage to something?
Yes, we are a fully insured company. We always protect all floors, walls, and the furniture being moved, and we do our best to prevent damage from happening. If damage does occur while moving, we address it immediately and professionally, and no runaround.
Do you offer packing and disassembling help?
Yes, we can provide help with packing your home, wrapping the furniture, securing the fragile items, and performing disassembly and reassembly of beds, tables, and larger furniture. You have the option of a full, partial, or only a move.
How long before I need to book my move?
If possible, try to book your move 1 to 2 weeks in advance for the most options to choose from for your moving dates, especially if you are looking to move on the weekends or at the end of the month. However, if you have a last-minute move, please reach out to us, and we will try our best to find a time to fit you into our schedule.
